Tolle Lage, super freundliches Personal und die Apartments sind sehr schön, die Hotelzimmer sollten Mal renoviert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Deluxe Zimmer sind neu renoviert, geschmackvolle, praktische Einrichtung, aber eng. Auch das Bad ist neu, ebenerdige, große Dusche. Wir waren auf der ersten Etage Richtung Innenhof, klimatisiert, aber Fenster zu öffnen und nicht laut. Durch den Innenhof 50 m laufen, um auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt zu landen. Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, nichts besonderes, dem Kaffee aus dem Vollautomat fehlten ein paar Bohnen. Die einzige Servicekraft war mit dem Ansturm um 9:00 Uhr leider überfordert und konnte nur zögerlich nachlegen. Leider gibt es keinen Kofferraum. Wir mussten unseren SUV auf dem open Air Parkplatz der Rattenfänger Halle parken, da die Durchfahrtshöhe der Tiefgarage zu niedrig war.

Highly recommended
Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again

Centrally Located
The Hotel is in an excellent location .
The room in the the Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. the Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some of the fixtures and fittings were beginning to show their age, and could do with updating in the near future
The rooms would probably benefit from having Tea/Coffee making facilities and at least one English language channel on the TV.

Pedi cama casal por e-mail. Não me deram cama de casal.
Não aconselhável a pessoas alérgicas a animais.
Pequeno almoço OK.
Limpeza de quartos: mínima. camadas de pó na casa de banho e manchas de algo na mesa da televisão.

Super super noisy unfortunately
Unfortunately super noisy inside between rooms and corridors but also room to room and from outside it’s literally just like if there were no windows, all windows were correctly closed I checked several time as noise level was so high, just like if the were no wall!
That’s a pity because otherwise the hotel is perfect!
