Tolle Lage, super freundliches Personal und die Apartments sind sehr schön, die Hotelzimmer sollten Mal renoviert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Also die Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer,war schön und geräumig. Aber leider war das Frühstück am Ersten Tag sehr schlecht. Das Brot und die Brötchen waren sehr alt und hart und es gab trotz Werbung draussen,kein Lachs.

The Hotel is in an excellent location .
The room in the the Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. the Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some of the fixtures and fittings were beginning to show their age, and could do with updating in the near future
The rooms would probably benefit from having Tea/Coffee making facilities and at least one English language channel on the TV.

Gebucht haben wir ein von denrenovierten Zimmer. Fahrrad konnten wir im Parkhaus gegenüber abstellen. Frühstück war sehr gut mit "Bäckerbrötchen". Wir würden wieder buchen.

De dame achter de receptie had er duidelijk geen zin in. Ben afgelopen weken in veel hotels geweest, maar deze ontvangst was ver onder de maat.
Verder was er geen Wifi beschikbaar in de kamer (kamer 111) en tot overmaat van ramp viel de televisie uit toen de EK wedstrijd Engeland - Nederland op het punt van beginnen stond. Dit hotel heeft gewoon een hele slechte indruk achter gelaten!

Pros: very close to Hamelin centre for shipping.
Cons: No elevators, had to lug luggage up 4 flights of stairs, no air condtioner, thin small scratchy towels, paper thin pillows, very noisy.

Nice hotel in the centre of Hameln, can be outside noise late evening. Good breakfast buffet style. I have stayed there three times and most staff are pleasant and helpful however one receptionist was unhelpful and miserable appeared not to understand English,otherwise have no complaints.
