The breakfast was good, the best in several days. You can play table tennis and take a sauna. This small town is peaceful and beautiful, and the elders are particularly friendly. The viewing platform on the mountain is great with panoramic views

Staff was nice and always smile and helpful. Breakfast was ok but not like a Hotel. Nothing in room. No tea bag or coffee in room, no iron, no cup no telephone. You need to go to the reception in person to ask for something. No air conditioner only had a small fan in the room so sleep not well due to feel hot. Toilet in the room was big enough for 2 persons stay inside. Sauna room very dark no towel supplied in the sauna room.

The hotel has a good location in the city but cannot be recommended when the weather happens to be really hot as there is no air conditioning in the hotel guest rooms and public facilities. Staff at reception and restaurant was nice and helpful and the basic double room was quite roomy. Beds and pillows were comfortable and a big plus for the wooden floor. Bathroom design is rather primitive. The shower is located in one corner and separated only by a curtain. After shower the whole bathroom floor is flooding. As per the typical Scandic Hotels design the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower corner are placed awkwardly high on the wall with makes their use difficult. Breakfast was excellent although the restaurant facility where also breakfast is served is rather outdated and also somewhat challenging for persons with reduced mobility due to the flooring at different levels.

Huoneessa haisee putket, viileä, ravintolan ruoka ihan jotain kauheaa, henkilökunta ravintolassa ammattitaidotonta ja ei näytä oikealta kokilta. Hotelli muutenkin ruma sisältä. The room smells of pipes, it's cold, the food in the restaurant is absolutely terrible, the staff in the restaurant are unprofessional and don't look like real chefs. The hotel is also ugly inside.

This hotel is definetly not worth your money, it is in bad need of a renovation. And we payed for a Superior room and for example the only bed available in Superior soom are 140cm, the room was so worn down I would not have my worst enemy living in it, and we payed over 200€ for this...

Dust everywhere in the room, especially in the corners and behind the curtains. A calcified bathroom with soaps placed oddly. Good food and friendly staff. Travel to the center, even though the location was promised to be in the center. Very basic beds (rather hard-feeling), no "hotel beds".
