Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms in a newish building just ten minutes walk from the main Hamburg train station. Location itself is slightly let down by a lack of nearby restaurants and bars in the nearby area although the hotel had a very pleasant top floor bar with nice music on TV screens with spectacular views and lovely staff.

The hotel is in a relatively good location. Speicherstadt, the main train station and the city center are all within walking distance. The breakfast is really varied and super tasty. The staff are very friendly.
However, the rest is not really worthy of 5 stars. We stayed in the business rooms because we had to work there for a day. In addition to the significantly smaller size of the rooms and different pictures than those stated when booking, the internet was unfortunately unusable. Too little quality so that team calls were not possible. I then had to switch to my personal hotspot. The gym is super small and only partially well equipped and the spa area unfortunately did not answer my queries at all. Anything can happen and each of them is not a big drama. At the same time, it is a 5 star hotel where you can have corresponding expectations.
The long, black hair in the bed after the room was cleaned was the last straw for us (we reported it to reception). It is a solid hotel, but for the price and standards we would probably not go there again.

The location is a bit remote and it doesn't feel very new, but the stay was good. They checked us in early, provided free minibar snacks and candies. The bed was big and comfortable.
