Ganz schrecklich! Heute Morgen haben wir gemerkt dass die Rückwand zum Bett voll mit schwarzem Schimmel war - das Zimmer war allgemein nicht sauber und renovierbedürftig. Die Klospülung lief die ganze Nacht lautstark und lies sich nicht abstellen, die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und zu weich. Also haben wir an der Rezeption erklärt, dass wir die folgenden zwei Nächte stornieren möchten. Die Dame am Empfang war unfreundlich und Geld zurück gabs selbstverständlich auch nicht…. katastrophe wie hier mit Gästen umgegangen wird! Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Ich war wegen dem Job unterwegebs. Also der 1 Eindruck cooles kleines frei stehendes Hotel. Also andere Gäste haben sich ganzschön Mies über das Hotel ausgelassen. Ich habe keinen nebenan gehört. Kein Dreck gesehen . Das Bett war weiß und Top sauber. Mann sollte mal einen geruchs Test machen und mal die Bettbezüge abrichen. Da kann man geststellen ob sie frisch oder überlagert sind. Das einzigste was mich störte war der olle TV. Man konnte zwar seine Festplatte anschliesen doch leider nicht kompatiebel weil Alt. Aber sonst positive überrascht. Komme wieder, Na worauf du dich verlassen kannst MUSA...LGUWE

Viele kleine Mängel machen das eigentlich schöne Hotel nicht zu einem angemessen Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Sessel in der Rezeption kaputt und der Eingangsbereich sehr ungepflegt und wenig einladend. Der Frühstücksraum zu kalt und nicht sehr einladend. Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag noch ganz gut. Am zweiten Morgen war es allerdings mangelhaft. Die Brötchen nicht frisch, wenig Auswahl. Keine Gläser, keine Kaffeebecher. Keine kleinen Löffel etc. Mit ein paar kleinen Änderungen wäre es bestimmt ein hübsches Hotel. Es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail.

I really can't understand why this should be 3 stars; the room we got (in the loft) was very worn, and the hotel itself looks mysteriously shabby. The room did not at all look like the online pictures. The room and bathroom was clean, but very old furniture and mattresses, and not much space to take a shower. Also see the pictures. No airconditioning nor curtains or blinders which makes it rather hot right under the roof. Friendly people at the reception if you can find them. Because of the location/room we decided not to go for breakfast. On the upside: nice location very close to the Autobahn and quiet at night.
