Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Intercity Hotel Dammtor in Ordnung. Der Check in funktionierte - auch Dank der App - reibungslos und schnell. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer in der 11. Etage war relativ klein hatte jedoch eine gute Aufteilung und war somit für ein Wochenende ausreichend. Wir hatten ein „Business plus-Zimmer“ gebucht, außer, das es im 11. Stock mit guter Aussicht war, hatte es keine besondere Ausstattung. Insbesondere hätten wir hier bessere und größere Betten (Boxspring) erwartet! Die vorhandene Betten waren sehr hart und ungemütlich und zu schmal. Die Dusche hat etwas gemüffelt, der Ablauf müsste besser gereinigt werden! Da Frühstück war in Ordnung jedoch nichts Besonderes. Wir waren im September im Intercity Hotel in Graz, von diesem Hotel sind wir immer noch mega begeistert - ein „Vorbild“ für alle Intercity Hotels. Aus diesem Grund hatten wir auch wieder ein Intercity Hotel gebucht, das in Hamburg kommt allerdings hier nicht ran, schade!
