May be good after the renovations
Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Shortly after checking in, we found roaches, which made it impossible for us to stay. When we addressed this with the front desk, the associate was rude and dismissive, stating that the property was under construction and that they weren’t forcing us to stay. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and told us we had to go through ******* instead. The room itself was in poor condition— the bathroom door had two poorly patched holes that weren’t even painted. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this establishment.

This place will be great once the renovations are complete. The staff is very helpful. I would love to have a coffee pot in the room though.

I am so upset, after arriving we found out that this property is being used for homeless and child services, it was scary and unsafe, this was not told me or advertised. I had to book another hotel for twice the amount to feel safe. It should not be listed without this being told to the person renting a room, please let me know if you can do anything. I didnt even stay

Worst Hotel EVER
Disgusting. I recommend that you remove this hotel from your website. This room was not even close to being clean. We left 5 minutes after checking in. Will not go to a Quality Inn ever again because of this experience

Meh room for work trip
Very outdates hotel, bathroom caulk was kinda gross, its a step up from motel 6, super 8 etc but far from Hampton, holiday inn, best western etc
