We stayed for two nights in this hotel while in Buffalo. It was a good hotel because it was on the outskirts of buffalo and a suburb. There’s a lot of shopping around, like Walmart and target and ice cream places. The hotel itself was great for a Hampton. It was clean, and comfortable. I will say the beds are a little bit too high, especially for me. I’m short so it’s hard to get up into the bed. Other than that everything was fantastic, and welcoming. If you’re Hilton member you get two free bottles of water per room. The breakfast was great there was two waffle machines one that made a big Belgian waffle and the other one that made for mini waffles. The hot items also rotated every day between different types of eggs, sausage, etc. There were no complaints at all. I would stay at this Hampton Inn again in the area.

I paid $369 for the room for tonight July 19th 2025 and just now checked in at the Hampton inn Hamburg- Buffalo NY and they gave the worse room with only a king size bed, I’m with my son and specifically requested a two bed room. The room is in the ground floor facing the highway and very noisy with the traffic, the only solution that the lady at the front desk gave me was a full refund and to go find another hotel at 10 at night with my 10 year old son after driving here 8 hours from NYC. Everything is totally unacceptable all the management at this hotel should be fired…

Stayed overnight for the third or fourth time here as it is close to relatives we were visiting. Rooms are comfortable but walls are indeed thin. We could hear the tv and conversations in the rooms on either side of us. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. One elevator was out so we got in the other and quickly but briefly got stuck. Staff was very apologetic but that left us having to walk up to the third floor with our luggage. Breakfast is always good there. Good selections and plenty available. Coffee and flavored water available all day and evening.

The hotel accommodations are adequate, but the walls in the rooms are quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The quality of the food is typical for a hotel, but it may not meet everyone's expectations. Additionally, the pillows in the rooms could benefit from replacement to enhance guest comfort.

Luck of the draw
Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! Location was convenient. Breakfast was good with a wide variety and nice dining room. Stayed four nights but only had two good sleeps. First night was awakened at 5:00 am by a loud mechanical clicking sound in the wall that repeated every minute or two. Also had late night noisy neighbors on one side and above. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another room on top floor which was much quieter night two. Third night again had noisy neighbors into the wee hours (soundproofing between rooms could be better). Fourth night was quiet and peaceful. Ask for an upper floor room and hope the neighbors are considerate!
