자전거를 갖고 있었습니다. 사정을 말하고 로비나 공용공간에 놓을 수 있도록 부탁했으나 일절 상대해주지 않았습니다. 지하철 역에나 가져다 놓으라며 '수갑 차는 시늉'을 함. 취소를 요청했으나 어차피 환불이 안되니 마음대로 하라며 배웅. 한 사람의 응대가 도시 전체나 체인의 이미지를 결정하기도 하니 좀더 관용을 바랍니다.
