The hotel has a warm atmosphere. The location is good. It is near the amusement park, cable car and lake. The room is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner are diverse and delicious. There is an onsen for relaxing. The shop is convenient and complete. The staff took care of us throughout our stay. I am very impressed. I will definitely come back again.

I chose this hotel because the dinner buffet was highly rated. The room was clean, and my child enjoyed the bath with Palpal. It was during spring break, but we stayed on a Sunday, so it didn't feel crowded for eating or bathing. (Palpal was very crowded on Sundays.) There were many staff members, and they responded quickly, and the buffet was replenished in abundance. However, there were times when one person would grab a large amount of meat or eel, and it would disappear in an instant. I think it's nonsense for a hotel to regulate it, so I guess it's just the customer's manners. By the way, when everyone moved on to dessert, the eel and meat were all you could eat. It was also nice that we could take a bath after playing on the day we checked out. I wish the price was a little cheaper, but it was worth what we paid.
