飯店位於JR濱松站北口，還有巴士總站，交通便利。飯店硬體設備看得出歷史悠久，房間水槽有裂縫，中央空調無法自行調節溫度，打開空調太熱、不開空調的話又太冷，有點尷尬
飯店的早餐價格便宜，食物種類不少，包括濱松餃子。
車站的一側是遠鐵百貨店，裡面有很多餐廳。地下一層還出售各種伴手禮。車站旁邊還有Bic Camera，購物很方便。
樂器博物館就在同一條路上，只有400米，非常值得參觀。濱松城距離酒店不遠，可以搭乘巴士或計程車前往。

ユニットバスも広くゆったりと湯船に浸かれたことも良かったです。
