I was a little concerned because of some previous bad reviews but the desk attendant was fast and courteous, the price was reasonable, the room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet, and the breakfast was scrumptious (omelets, eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, juice, cereal).

The hotel lobby was okay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room conditions were not good. We had a king suite with a full kitchen. The carpet was torn and stained. The kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned well. The kitchen is hardly stocked with supplies at all (bring your own if you want to use the kitchen). Overall, the room was dingy and felt gross. The continental breakfast was okay but not stock consistently. The pool was okay but the pool room was extremely hot (felt like a sauna). Overall, not worth the cost.

Our room was near the front desk and the noise was terrible. We were woke up in the middle of the night by a discussion of staff about cleaning a toilet right outside our door. The toilet in our room was continually draining water and would loudly refill the tank every ten minutes or so. This was not a restful night sleep. On the flip side the staff at check in was very nice!

Do not stay here. The room was way unsanitary. The garbage from the previous people that stayed in the room didnt get emptied. Hot tub was also out of order.

Staff was great! Checkin was smooth.
The room was clean overall. The shower pressure wasn’t the best and there were ants around the bottom of the tub. The pool area was ok. Some work could be done with the hot tub. Dirty around the hot tub.

Checking into the hotel, they asked for my driver's license, suddenly I noticed they were taking a picture on a personal cell phone. The attendant was very apologetic and kind about it and and said that it was unfortunately due to their printer not functioning currently, therefore he took pictures of ID's and then used his email from his phone to email the company email address. He was more than willing to delete the image from his phone in front of me, but that didn't rid it from his personal email account in the sent folder.
The room was in poor condition, a patched hole in our shower surround, spackled wall above the shower surround, stretched out carpet in the room. The bed was worn, as I could feel a sinking spot in the mattress where it has been used.
