The 5 star air is felt already upon arrival with the excellent welcome from the staff, both at the door and at reception, very kind, all the staff met speak English so excellent communication. We stayed for 5 days, with breakfast that was excellent, a medium-sized buffet but with the essentials for a Western or Eastern choice, clean rooms, even if it would need a few more eyes, air conditioning present and working even if it stuck at a fixed temperature of 21 degrees. The restaurants present are good, with well-made cuisine, average cocktails. I appreciated the swimming pool and the gym not very big but clean organized and well-functioning. Even if a little far from the busy center (good for the noise but a little inconvenient for travel) ..... I recommend it.

It was my first time to go to Halong Bay, Vietnam for a business trip. The price of this hotel I booked online was quite affordable. Although this is a tourist attraction, I didn't have time to visit it. But I saw many tourists. The room was clean and tidy.
