This is the hotel that made me consider writing down all the experiences of my stay in the middle of the night to prevent more consumers from suffering injustice when they go abroad. The lobby and room hygiene are really dirty and messy. No matter what, for other hotels I have stayed in, the hotel manager would contact me as soon as I pointed out any shortcomings and make adjustments and apologize. However, the front desk receptionist of this Baisaimonsen Hotel in Vietnam had an extremely bad attitude towards customer service. We had already booked and paid for the room one night in advance, and did not provide any food, accommodation or other services of the hotel for free. At around 8:30 in the morning, we arrived at the hotel and asked the front desk if we could check in. The hotel front desk informed us that the guests who checked in last night had not checked out yet and there were no clean rooms available for check-in. OK, we all understand this. We simply asked if the luggage could be stored. After the arrangement, we took our family, young and old, out to visit Sun Mountain in Halong Bay, and deliberately waited until after 14 pm. We returned to the hotel at check-in time, arrived at the store at 14:10 to start check-in, and started asking at 14:13 whether two children's meals could be added to breakfast tomorrow. The front desk directly increased the price temporarily and charged VND 2,000,000 per child without occupying a bed, totaling VND 4,000,000. Later, I said that the child did not want to stay in this hotel, and just arranged the two double beds I originally booked for me. The front desk directly refused and said no, the child had to pay extra or there was no way to check in. The front desk refused a total of 3 times and refused to check in, asking us to find the person who booked the room to deal with it. If not, you can find the person who booked the room to refund. This is the service attitude of the hotel front desk (it is estimated that we can arbitrarily increase the price when checking in with our passports). We waited for 48 minutes without any arrangements, and waited in the lobby with our family for a full 48 minutes. Later, we directly found Ctrip customer service to intervene and connected with 4 customer service specialists for a total of 240 minutes, which took us 4 hours in the lobby. During this time, we sat in the lobby waiting for 120 minutes, which is 2 hours. My mother and child said they were thirsty, so I asked my mother to take the child to buy water outside. Just after we sat down, a wave of guests came into the hotel. The hotel service staff immediately and enthusiastically served tea and water to the guests who came 2 hours later than us. It’s not that I must drink the hotel’s tea, but we are also consumers and I paid for it. Why treat us differently? In addition, Ctrip customer service called to tell us that the hotel manager was outside and was rushing back. We waited for another hour and still didn’t see the hotel manager or other management personnel to deal with us. At this time, we were exhausted and waited in the lobby for a full 3 hours and still hadn’t waited for a solution. During this period, the front desk customer service also coaxed my mother to take the child to the room first, and then come down tomorrow morning to pay 4,000,000 Vietnamese dong to solve the problem, and there was no need to wait in the lobby. My mother told me that she was not very clear and needed to ask me. The front desk staff turned around and left. At this time, the first In 3 hours, a waiter poured 4 cups of tea (we had bought drinking water ourselves), but we didn't drink it. Originally, we didn't want to stay in this hotel anymore, but the hotel refused to refund us. Secondly, the customer service also gave us a solution. After four hours of communication, we were asked to check in according to our original order. When we got to the room, we were a little disappointed. The hygiene of the room was worrying. There was hair all over the floor, and there was also a large bunch of hair at the door of the bathroom. A room that costs three or four hundred yuan is not as good as a room that costs one or two hundred yuan in China, and we didn't have to wait for four hours. The swimming pool is particularly smelly and the smell of disinfectant is very small. My wife took the children down and came up immediately. There was no desire to go down. The two small pits together had less than 20 square meters of swimming pool. The only thing that can be said to be acceptable is the breakfast. The variety is very good and unique, but I will not choose to stay again. You can eat anywhere. The service and hygiene are really bad. I don't recommend staying there. You might as well stay at the Wyndham next door. Although it opened a little old, it is also a global chain.

The breakfast was OK, with rice noodles, etc. I booked it on Ctrip. The price was just over 400, which should be said to be quite cost-effective
