The family-style hotel is pretty good, quite clean, the breakfast is okay, and the price-performance ratio is good. The only thing is that the check-in time is after 14 o'clock, which is a bit inconvenient.

I’m very satisfied with Dejavu House! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. I joined a bay tour and went kayaking, both organized professionally. Renting a motorbike was convenient, and the staff were very friendly. A truly memorable stay!

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci hanno organizzato tutti i trasferimenti di cui avevamo bisogno e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare il check out alle 15. L'hotel è molto bello,situato in una bella e tranquilla zona residenziale. Il ristorante dell'hotel oltre ad essere molto bello ci ha dato la possibilità di mangiare una pizza ed una pasta buonissime,dopo 2 settimane di cibo Vietnamita ci voleva proprio! La camera 202 è grande,con molti appoggi e con una doccia enorme. Ottimo il wifi ed il rapporto qualità prezzo. La città di Halong invece non ha nulla di entusiasmante da offrire,ma per la nostra ultima notte in Vietnam è andate bene così.

Booked a Superior King Room, arrived to a normal room, told there was booking problems and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, although that was what we booked. Insisted on a bath and was changed to the room we originally booked at VD200 000 per night extra. Noise of grinding on the floor above for both days all day long. Aircon possibly out of gas because had to put the fan on us to be comfortable. Steak dinner in Restaurant was average, had 4 chips and 3 asparagus with a mostly raw steak, we asked for medium. During our stay got told twice they wete sold out on 2 out of the 5 breakfast options. Leaving 2 vegan options and 1 english breakfast. That at least was good.

Останавливались на пару дней здесь. У нас был большой уютный номер, отличные завтраки и также пицца и паста были очень достойные, чего не ожидаешь от Вьетнама. На крыше есть очень классный бар с хорошим крафтовым пивом и коктейлями. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Спасибо вам за наши отличные выходные!!

We booked this hotel for our family members who were visiting us in Halong (we live in the same area), and they absolutely loved the place. Highly recommend room 201, which is very spacious and full of natural light. The prices are more than reasonable for what you get. Also, there are good restaurant on the ground floor, we often come for their oven-baked pizzas.
