Good hotel. It is located 5 minutes from the port. It is a bit far from the beach, about 20 minutes. The hotel is clean, breakfasts to choose from. You can change dollars at the reception. There is an amusement park and a water park next to the hotel, but everything was closed, I think because of the September typhoon. Great location for the Halong Bay tour as the port is right across the street. But the food options near the hotel are limited. We had to take a Grab across the bridge to the other side of town for more better food options. Nice friendly staff and the room was clean and descent for the price range.

Great staff and good location.
The hotel is not amazing but absolutely okey, its close to the cruising pier so the location is good. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff and especially Bac, she was so amazing with handeling some problems that happened during my stay and I´m so greatful for all of her help.
