The hotel is just across the street from the pier, which is very convenient for boat trips. Not far away is a street for eating, and about 800 meters is the Sun World Amusement Park. It is a good place for family trips.
The hotel service is really great. The front desk lady can speak a little Chinese and good English, so we can communicate smoothly. The room is very clean. The hotel breakfast is also very good.
Having said the advantages, let's talk about the disadvantages. There is a slight periodic noise of electrical operation in the room when sleeping. It doesn't disappear even if the refrigerator is unplugged and the air conditioner is turned off. I don't know where it comes from. It's more than eleven o'clock, and there are constant knocks on the door in the corridor outside. It may be a naughty child from someone's family... In any case, this hotel is still very good.

Because it was after a typhoon, all the nearby shops were closed and the theme park opposite was also closed. Breakfast was not an all-you-can-eat option but a personal set meal. The waiter was very considerate and kept checking to see if our coffee was empty. He served us very attentively.

Good hotel. It is located 5 minutes from the port. It is a bit far from the beach, about 20 minutes. The hotel is clean, breakfasts to choose from. You can change dollars at the reception. There is an amusement park and a water park next to the hotel, but everything was closed, I think because of the September typhoon. The city is generally like after the war because of it, but everything is being restored. In general, a good inexpensive hotel for a couple of days

Great location for the Halong Bay tour as the port is right across the street. But the food options near the hotel are limited. We had to take a Grab across the bridge to the other side of town for more better food options. Nice friendly staff and the room was clean and descent for the price range.

Helpful and kind staff, but not a clean hotel.
Booked two days here for attending a day cruise in Ha Long Bay. When we arrived the hotelroom was dirty. The walls had stains and the room was dirty. The bedsheets were also not clean and had stains. The receptionist was very helpful and got us a new room. However this also had stains on the bed sheets. There was a musty smell in both rooms.
We left one day early, since we didn’t want to stay here for one more night.

Nice viewing, good location, near Sunworld and cruise port and very helpful staff. However the listed price is unclear. The price when I booked includes breakfast set but the hotel said no. And there is construction nearby hotel so it is noisy from early morning.
