What a horrific experience. We booked this hotel through ******* for three nights. I got to this hotel around 7PM, the doors were shut, lights off and no one to be seen. A local woman helped through Google translate and I had to search other hotels on aha long bay. Any business in England (where I am from) would be shut down. ******* is investigating this hotel and hopefully it will be taken of Expedias page. It was so unbelievable, doesn’t exactly encourage people to visit.
