The service is not commensurate with the price.
1. The hotel is too old and the facilities have not been improved. The TV is too small, broken and the phone is also broken (I later asked the technician to fix it). The toilet flush button is often stuck.
2. The motorbike parking area is on the B1 floor but there is no elevator for guests. Guests have to drag their suitcases from the B1 floor to the 1st floor, which is very inconvenient
3. Service: When checking in, the receptionist did not introduce the restaurant area, swimming pool and gym as well as how to unlock the room, which is time-consuming for guests
4. Because it is a holiday, I understand that the hotel is crowded but the management is still very poor. There were too many guests coming for breakfast, but they were not guided and had to go around looking for a table. Because there was no table, I asked the manager to tell me to sit at an outdoor table near the swimming pool area (even though it was raining) or the bar area (but far away). The management should have known the situation and informed the guests to come and eat, but they didn't, they let the guests go around and find them before informing them.
I've stayed at Novotel in Bangkok before but the service wasn't as bad as this. For the price of 2.5 million, it's really not worth it and I won't come back.
