The hotel and bedrooms are clean, very new, large beds comfortable for a family of 3. The staff are gentle and friendly. There is free tea, coffee, 4 bottles of water every day. There is a basement parking lot and a 1st floor parking lot. The location is quite good but suitable for families driving themselves or tour groups, but for those traveling on their own without a means of transportation, this location is not really convenient. The room has a sea view but it is very far away and there is no panoramic view, only 30-40% so it is not really necessary. Breakfast has a variety of dishes from Vietnamese - European - Korean cuisine, seafood vermicelli and beef pho are quite good, the cakes are quite delicious, especially the almond croissants - except for the waffles, which are probably baked over and over again and are dry and do not have the aroma of eggs and milk. There is a play area for children but there are few toys, there is a gym but it has mainly basic equipment. There is a swimming pool but I went when the weather was still cold so I didn't use it + the hotel didn't provide any activities + the project next to it is under construction. Some small minus points: - The design is a bit limited because the bathroom door is also the door separating the bathroom from the room entrance next to the entrance (2in1), it's a bit inconvenient because when I go to the bathroom, I can't close the door and if I close the door, the bathroom is also not private. The bathroom has no exhaust fan
- The receptionist gave me the room card but forgot to authorize the elevator swipe - had to go back and forth and waste time waiting (this is a small mistake but should be noted because guests who have traveled far are tired and just want to go back to their rooms)
- The hotel only smells good in the lobby on the L floor (reception) and M (restaurant), the hallways of the rooms have a rather damp smell from the carpet (there is no air conditioning/dehumidifier/essential oil diffuser for the hallway but using thick carpets is not very good in the humid weather in the North - maybe I am a bit picky and sensitive to smells)
- The slippers in the room are quite hard flip-flops that hurt the feet, there are no soft hotel slippers, so wearing them in the room is quite inconvenient. The room has thick carpets but the carpets and floors are not really clean (my child ran around in white socks in the room and got black socks) so I still have to wear slippers in the room => soft hotel slippers are more suitable, Lao slippers are only suitable for going out, and when cleaning the room, I should pay more attention to cleaning the carpet and floor
- The toiletries are quite complete and of good quality, except that there is no cloth covering the toilet seat, so it is a bit creepy, I have to use paper because I am not used to sitting directly on a shared public toilet
- There is a large bathtub but there is no salt/soap/essential oil specifically for the bathtub. I would like to suggest that the hotel should have this item and a toilet seat pad. Overall rating 9/10, I will probably still visit the hotel if I return to Quang Ninh next time
