En positivo hay que valorar que el crucero físicamente esta bien, las instalaciones estan limpias y cuidadas, el personal es muy amable, puedes moverte por donde quieras todo el rato...
No tan positvo tenemos las comidas, con una cantidad que no es nada abundante, muy muy justa teniendo en cuenta los pasajeros que habia en el barco. La calidad muy normalita. Como en todos los cruceros el precio de las bebidas era desmesurado teniendo en cuenta el pais.
Por lo que hace referencia a recorrido y actividades no terminamos muy contentos. El crucero apenas se mueve, casi esta todo el tiempo parado en la misma area y las actividades son muy poco significativas.

Muy recomendable si quieres visitar la bahía de Halong. Habitación muy linda con balcón. Comida riquísima y variada. Muchas actividades por hacer y piscina en la parte superior del barco. Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, muy atentos y pacientes. Calidad precio inmejorable.

Basic cookie cutter cruise as all the others that do the exact same itinerary.
Junior triple suite had incredibly loud noises keeping us up at night. No one at reception. Shower head broken and drain clogged.

The crews on board are fantastic, friendly and caring. The cruise is new and cozy. Food are nicely prepared and sumptuous. According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all.
The events arranged such as kayaking, squid fishing and bright cave are interesting and less crowded, my family had a great time during the trip.

We had a great time, but our expectations were a little disappointed. You need to understand that you will not spend 3 days and 2 nights in a luxury room on board a beautiful ship, sliding between rocky cliffs. It's not like that. It's designed a little differently.
The ship is in a bay, to which you are taken for about 1 hour on a small boat with wooden benches, and the same is the return trip. Then, you refuse to go on board, the journey begins. But you will only go 1.5-2 km on a luxury ship, enjoying the views and that's it. The cruise is over. The ship drops anchor in another bay.
You will also be taken to all other activities on small, less comfortable boats. That is, this is not a cruise, but a floating hotel.
The Executive Suite with an excellent view and a balcony is located at the tail, so while moving it is very noisy and smells strongly of diesel fuel. The sheets in the Suite were torn, the floors were dusty, the robe had shoe prints. Well, not the declared 5th visit, let's say.
The food is a solid 3*. Everything is delicious, but there is no variety.
We felt like a welcome guest when communicating with Dian, who answered all questions and was always there, even accompanied us on one of the excursions.
The bay is amazing!
