The hotel itself is good enough, large space and located at the centre of Hallstatt. The staff (3 nos of female staff) are not very helpful and a bit unfriendly, although 2 male are still nice and helpful. I believe that you can find some better serviced accommodation with same price.

The breakfast is good. Although there are not many varieties, every item is delicious, especially the honey, which is really delicious. The waitress at the front desk speaks English and her service is considerate. In a hotel in this small town, such service is already a 5-star level. The dinner at the hotel was also very good, and I was very satisfied, except that the charge was a bit expensive. Note that the elevator only reaches the 3rd floor. I booked a room on the 4th floor. This hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus.
