The lake view was amazing especially when you are sitting on the balcony enjoying a coffee in the morning watching the sun peak over the mountains. The breakfast buffet was good and the shuttle bus service to and from the car park was very convenient specially with large luggage."

"Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe. Breakfast & Dinner were amazingly delicious with great variety. The woman at the front desk was very attentive with super great attitude & service mind. I booked the wrong room type without mountain view and she recommended me to upgrade to another room type with little extra charge which made me very happy with the stunning mountain view. I’ll definitely stay here again if I had a chance to visit Gosau."
