小鎮超級漂亮，外面看超級有氛圍感，街道乾淨。
房間還算乾淨，洗漱台也可以，床品還行。
check in 是自助的，鑰匙在人家辦公桌上，找不到的話，可以去看看有沒有。
旅店更推薦自駕的。離碼頭還是有點距離的，不開車，拖着大的行李箱蠻吃力的。也沒有電梯，要提上三樓。
早餐，如果自己帶了呢，感覺沒啥特別好吃的…但沒帶，附近都沒啥店..碼頭下來的話，建議路上把要買的零食、水，買完再去旅店店。

晚上下班後酒店一個服務人員都沒有，入住後遊玩回來發現房卡無法開門，前台沒有人，電話也無人接聽，差點被關在門外一晚。一個多小時後，在當地夜間村莊環衞工作人員的幫助下，找到了酒店最後一個下班的餐廳服務員，服務員Mojan幫忙反覆給前台打電話才聯繫上前台，最後Mojan 用前台Master卡幫忙開門才進去的。第二天早上向前台反饋房卡問題，前台一臉無所謂的樣子，酒店比較精緻，前台下班後就沒有服務，也聯繫不上，差點流浪街頭。（攜程預留電話和前台門外電話下班後都無人接聽）

Great location to explore the town; five minutes from the cable car uptown the salt mine; 10 minute walk into the town and the restaurants. Very nice rooms. Parking is in the public car park and if you're having breakfast, be sure to ask for the omelette as they seemed reluctant to offer this openly and we were just fortunate enough to witness someone else have one ;-)

Un hotel con mucho encanto. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Está decorado con muchos detalles, todo referido a viajes. Ambiente viajero. Eso me gustó mucho. El desayuno perfecto. La habitación no tenía vistas, pero no nos importó, porque era amplia y además creemos que es la cocina de lo que antiguamente fue la casa en sí. Un detalle muy curioso y que le da una peculiaridad que nunca olvidaremos. Descansamos de maravilla, ya que estábamos en el final de nuestro viaje y llegamos bastante cansados. De los hoteles más originales que hemos visitado.

Fenix was a perfect stay. Really close to bus stop. Wonderful location to walk to the trails and restaurants. Hostess was so helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Safe area and easy walking.
