Supppppper good location which is just located at the boat station, perfect for who coming with luggage. Behind the hotel, there’s a viewpoint where I go every morning and night and take picture of the best scene day and night. Wonderful stay!

可能是小鎮的關係，不能期待太多
露台望出去的風景是很美
令人失望的是前台的態度比較一般
當我們正在辦理入住手續的時候
前台看到當地人馬上跟他聊天，完全忘記了手上的工作

前台服務員就跟剛失去親人一樣，心情很不好（遇到的所有不同工作人員都是），替他們難過，畢竟失去了家人。請注意，這個酒店有三個樓，除了主樓，另外兩個都很遠，吃早飯很不方便。小鎮子本身不錯，酒店除了貴其他都不行

The hotel description doesn't match the actual situation. The hotel reception is by the lake, but the room we were given was four or five rows up the hill from the lake. It's a lake view room, but it's on the first floor, and the view from the front is blocked. (See the sixth, second, and third pictures for details.) Be sure to ask for this when booking. The room was small. Although there was a switch that looked like an air conditioner, there was no air conditioning or ventilation, just an electric fan.

The hotel has a great location, with a terrace overlooking the lake, offering superb views. The boat dock is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The food in the lobby restaurant is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a prime location, situated by the lake and absolutely stunning! However, because this town is so famous, it's packed with tourists every day. The roads are incredibly narrow, and guests' cars can't get in. I only learned this in an email from the hotel after booking. I was supposed to park in the designated parking lot, but it was full due to the crowds, so I was forced to park in another lot. After parking, I called the hotel, and they said I could request the original lot and tell them they had a reservation! 😡 I had to drive back to the original lot, where I happened to be first in line. I parked my car, found the staff, and took the shuttle to the hotel! Unfortunately, they only parked about 100 meters away, so we had to walk there with our suitcases! I forgot to mention it was pouring rain, which was quite embarrassing!
The hotel itself is quite nice. While the rooms are a bit small, they have everything you need, and the breakfast is decent. I highly recommend it!
