The pool area was the prettiest and most boho I've ever seen. For 2 hours I really felt like I was on an island. The people who serve you are all wonderful and kind!!!!! The food and what is there is also all delicious and with very good prices!

We closed for about 10 days and stayed for the final half hour as we almost had respiratory problems from the smell and humidity. I don't even want to talk about the shock from the dirt, because it's indescribable. Anyone interested in seeing the reality should contact me. We have taken photographs and are going to send them to public services... since the hotel is not responding to our requests. No more mockery in this country. There are laws and rules for hoteliers about cleanliness etc., of which this particular hotel does not adhere to a single one!

Disaster, I would like to know when the pictures are online, so dirty, broken, unfriendly and the beach is so disgusting, no sunbeds, drinks run out, perfect for a horrific holiday. Rooms are not cleaned, almost everything is broken, broken or dilapidated, not to mention mold... .

The worst! Very dirty room like it was never cleaned. The outside door was very dirty around the frames, the lock was shaking and about to come off and the door seals were in the air. Entering the room on the left I saw a bathroom with dirt everywhere, from the floor to the tub and the sink. Moving on to the room, the floor, walls, furniture, towels, window, sofa bed were very dirty. In particular, the floor had dirt everywhere, the furniture was dusty, the sofa-bed was ready to fall apart, the glass of the balcony door was covered in prints, very dirty and the frame had the adhesive strips on it from the day the windows were first installed. Imagine.... They didn't even bother to take these out. The towels were not washed. They simply dried them and brought them to us. One towel had a print of hair on it. We didn't even bathe that day! The bed was made, the pillows and mattress very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst. We were told that due to corona we had to write down on a piece of paper what we wanted and in the end they didn't even bring half of what we ordered. Not even coffee. At the pool it didn't even occur to us that if the room hadn't asked for prepayment we would have left. But unfortunately we had prepaid it. For what it offers it was very expensive. I wonder how it's still open and has 4 stars. We didn't see any locals there (obviously they know) only tourists. Be careful never to choose it!!!
