They changed our room on the second day. They took us to a very bad room, air conditioner water was constantly dripping. There was no cleaning and towels were not changed. I will not choose again

Non è un vero 5 stelle. Ci sono molti aspetti da migliorare. La reception è sempre vuota, nessuno ti accoglie sono tutti dietro l’acquario. La spiaggia è molto bella, peccato che la struttura potrebbe pulire la sabbia perché trovi mozziconi di sigarette, stecchini di cibo, rifiuti lasciati dalle persone incivili, certo, però potrebbe rendere il posto più bello ma non lo fa nessuno. Lettini e ombrelloni ok, bar in spiaggia molto bello, personale gentile, cibo e drink ottimi… ma è un’altra organizzazione 😏. La piscina bella, i bagni dovrebbero pulirli di più. La nostra camera non era un granché, dalle foto sembra più bella. Bagno con la vasca decisamente no, ti lavavi con gettiti di acqua fredda e calda, una sfida docciarti in quanto il doccino non potevi asppenderlo in alto, frigo bar vuoto e vecchio, il letto comodo ma i cuscini 👎, pulizie da migliorare. Colazione buona ma senza targhette sui cibi e indicazioni sugli allergeni… se sei allergico come me ti tocca chiedere tutti i giorni al personale che non sa nemmeno che c’è dentro. Il caffè espresso e cappuccino è veramente vergognoso lo fanno pagare a parte, il personale in sale è sempre scocciato e ti guarda malissimo come se non vede l’ora che te ne vai, tranne il manager molto gentile ed educato. Ci tornerei? Solo per il bar sulla spiaggia…

This hotel misleads potential guests by claiming it is 5-stars whereas in reality it is in urgent need of renovation. It charges 5-star hotel prices, but what you get corresponds to 2 stars. Our room, while incredibly expensive, looked like a bad movie from the 1990s. Quite empty, minimal basic furniture, not even a double bed but two basic-quality beds pushed close to each other. Air-conditioning was NOT working. One day, the electricity was randomly going on and off in our room, with the result that lights, air-conditioning etc kept switching on and off all the time. We asked them to send an electrician to check it, they said they did, and that same night we woke up to the air-conditioning profusely leaking and producing a very loud noise, as if it is about to explode, and of course woke us up in the middle of the night. The place is literally falling apart and nobody seems to care. Moreover, the hotel allows people outside the hotel to make use of the beach loungers, with the result that hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot on the hotel beach, even though this is literally the ONLY good thing about the hotel: access to a nice beach very close to the hotel rooms. Finally, the breakfast and the food at the beach bar was expensive but horrendous quality. Greasy fries, dry sandwiches, horrible coffee. Not only is this experience not worth the absurd amount of money they charge for their 40-year-old facilities, but they are outright lying about being a five-star hotel. Overall - utterly disappointing.

This is how all mornings look like at a 5-star hotel. The reception gives towels to the customers in the morning, all sunbeds are locked. It's THEIR policy. I have to stay under a tree with my 3 years daughter. This is why I came to the beach with my children.

One of our favorite locations. Not very big hotel, quiet, located on the seafront. The view of the sunset is truly sensational. Starting with breakfast and ending with dinner, everything we served was exceptional. The restaurant staff is particularly friendly and helpful. At the beach bar, the staff is extraordinary, friendly, kind, special, ( George, Pantelis and all...) who always prepared us a great coffee, a cocktail or serve us an Ouzo! All in all, a great place that we love to come back to year after year! Thank you to the manager, a special person, and to the entire hotel staff for the kindness that made our vacation special!

The hotel has 5 stars and had very good reviews on holidaycheck, so we decided to stay here. The facility is very clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly. The room was very large, the maid not always very thorough :) Although the hotel does not offer any child care or similar, there were many families with small children. I personally couldn't quite understand. It also seems to have become fashionable to take your dog with you. So there were plenty of dogs on the property. Not disturbing, but for people who don't like it, I think it should be pointed out beforehand. The beach area is also lovingly designed with many opportunities to linger and offers enough space. I personally found the prices at the bar exaggerated. €5 for a 0.2 cola or €7 for a 0.5 l beer. I can afford it, but this was a matter of principle for me. Tip: 300m down the street is a supermarket :) The food in the restaurant is of good quality, but I found the selection to be unsatisfactory and not very varied. There wasn't even ice cream for dessert. I found the food/snacks at the beach bar excellent. The location is very quiet, there is not much going on in the area. The hotel is definitely suitable for relaxation. If you want to experience something, you should take a rental car (preferably directly from the airport). There are beautiful expansive beaches to explore.
