Very rude staff. It's a dump. Stinky rooms ,when I called to let them know that the room is smelly I was asked to open the window which had no screen to stop insects flying in. The rooms across us was flooded that might have triggered the fire alarm and we to stand in the streets for almost an hour at 1.30 am .even though we requested the room needs to be cleaned they did not clean saying they are short staffed and claimed we did not ask for cleaning the room. The walls have graffiti.

Street parking was inconvenient, mostly because of the very convenient restaurants/delis/cafes in the neighbourhood.

Staff was great. Hotel is older but once you get in and comfortable- it’s clean and quiet. 5 Stars to the kind staff!
