The hotel is right outside the train station, which is very convenient. The suite was also upgraded. The room was large and very clean. The front desk staff is very nice! There are many places to shop and eat around

I was double charged, check in was rather rough, check out as well, they disabled my card too early, there were access issues with the gym. Overall, service was really a problem.

Overall, disappointing stay. Definitely not up to the Westin standards. Carpet in the room was old and worn. Room was clean. Went to dinner one night and restaurant was very short staffed. Food was okay. The Westin has lowered their standards but still have a higher price point for their rooms.

Excellent beds, service, location, and breakfast options. The check in was quick, with service from the entrance, trying to accommodate special ask for high floor. The bar is open late and gym useful and accessible. Location right near the waterfront.

Stayed twice during visit to NS. First time, Room was musty and bad odor. Second time room smell was okay but bed and pillows were uncomfortable, not the heavenly bed like other Westins. Also bathroom was clogged both in sink and bathtub. Made for poor experience and not worthy of the price at Westin level.

A classic hotel staffed with wonderful people who understand the importance of detail. Lovely restaurant off foyer. We asked for a view room, and our city view was spectacular. Quiet, elegant, a grand hotel. Staff were the best I have experienced in years. A place to return. Thank you.

We recently stayed at The Westin Nova Scotian for a special celebration, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the Assistant Front Desk Manager, Ji In Yoo. With genuine care and attention to detail, she helped us organize a great tour. We highly recommend The Westin Nova Scotian to anyone seeking a memorable stay with outstanding service.
