Great service attitude from all of the staffs. Location was quite near to Downtown Halifax and the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site.

I have never stayed in such a speechless hotel... I stayed for a total of six days. The fire alarm went off three mornings, whether it was weekends or weekdays, and each time it was around nine o'clock... The fire alarm lasted for 20 minutes, and the hotel did not have any explanation, just saying it was a false fire alarm. I don't believe that there could be three false fire alarms in six days? ? ? The hotel does not care about the rest and sleep of the customers at all. The time of each alarm was almost the same, and it went off every other day, as if it was intentional. In addition, I also found in Google reviews that the fire alarm went off frequently and lasted for a long time. So don't book this hotel if you can. The room is very small and not very quiet. The bar downstairs lasts until about two in the morning on weekends, which is extremely noisy. A deposit of 20 Canadian dollars is collected every night

At first I wasn’t sure about our rooms with adjacent headboards, but I had fantastic sleep. The staff and servers were fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here if you want experience something different and unique. Bianca, led Patrick, Sen and the entire front of house was phenomenal. Thank you to chefs for great food.

This is a chic newer hotel in halifax. It is sort of tucked away behind a larger residential tower in front of it. You check in at the bar and get a drink token to use. Unfortunately only for house beer or cocktail, I was looking for the Sessional IPA they had on tap, but no problem. Parking not included but $30 CAD night. Room was certainly different than other hotel I stayed, but this must be Moxy setup. Hooks on the wall for your stuff, a sturdy bed, with not too many pillows. The bathroom is functional and decent shower setup. The room had a very noisy AC unit, had to use it as humid when I visited Halifax. Staff very friendly, there is food avail on site, I didn't partake though. There is plenty of lounging areas on lower floor around bar. It is sort of situated a little off from Spring Garden road area or water front, but you can walk it no problem. It was a decent stay, but next time in Halifax I won't be there, as sort of not my thing.

Quirky hotel, good atmosphere, modern and clean. Good location for visiting all parts of Halifax and the one meal we ate was very good. Our one complaint is room size! As stated in other reviews, nowhere to unpack suitcases etc. There was a rack for (I think) hanging clothes but no clothes hangers ... and it was over the top of the TV so maybe it wasnt a clothes rack?? I'd stay there again but not if I was lugging suitcases around for a 2 week holiday!!
