request that you get room service If it wasnt for the manager on duty the morning we checked out, i would be giving this a 1 star. There is room service unless you ask for it, but this was never told to us until check out. The tv didnt work, there was no phone in the room. We had one towel the whole stay between 3 of us. Our key cards were deactivated on saturday which we were staying until sunday. Had to beg for another roll of toilet paper. This is a budget hotel which is fine, but what i mentioned should not have been issues.

I was given a room the tv did not work. They gave me another room the remote needed new batteries they fixed that. The smoke detector kept churping they were to change the battery but didn't. The worst thing of all they spray the rooms with super strength Raid. They sprayed the room right next to mine and the fumes of it came over into my room. I was never warned about it and my throat started closing shut and I couldn't breathe. was done I went to the office and demanded my money back and left. Will never go there again!!
