It was terrible - bathroom was dirty
They didn’t give us new towels
The room cards didn’t work on the second day

The 1st room they gave us was dirty. They then gave us another room. We had to ask them to turn the TV on twice it was so complicated to run. Room service you call the front desk and give them your phone number and they’ll have the restaurant call you. Make sure to get a menu from front desk first because there isn’t one in the room. They do not clean room unless you ask!

Do not stay at Park Manor Hotel. No air conditioning in lobby and hallway. Elevator did not work we were on the 4th floor. My sons room mattress was soaking wet. Rooms are dark and old. Terrible experience

The bad: the elevator didn't work, so we had to carry 2 heavy suitcases up 44 steps to the 3rd floor; there was no hot water for the shower (they only provided 2 thin towels); and the "free breakfast" for their 250+ guests (I estimate this from the 89 cars in the parking lot) was just 5 mini-containers of cereal and 10 bagels. (The second morning they didn't have the cereal, but they increased the bagel count to 24.) Each of the 2 mornings we were at the Park Manor Hotel, I spent 90 minutes seated in the lobby (I'm up at 6am, my wife 8am) and got to witness the disappointment as guests saw how lame the "breakfast" was. One unhappy customer asked the desk clerk, "Is there any place around here, like a deli, to get some breakfast ... like an egg on a roll?" The unhelpful clerk said, "I don't know," even though this hotel is located within 1 mile of many Clifton Park, NY establishments that serve breakfast foods (Dunkin, iHop, Jimmy's Egg, Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, West End Bagels, Jolley and Stewart's). The good: our guest room was large with quality furniture and decor; the room was clean and quiet; the beds were comfortable; the A/C worked well.

Our room was short pillows, we called the staff for them however they never came…. We had to go find a laundry room that had a staff member in it to ask them for the pillows!

Very nice property. Table tops of wood furniture were worn. One lamp had a rusted base. Otherwise, bed and chairs were very nice. Room and bathroom very clean. Liked having Keurig in the room. Elevator was out of order but we were lucky to be on second floor and not the third floor.
