Scenic location, one of the best room layouts and upholstery, heated beds, bonfires, good food and responsible staff. Situated bang on the mall road, just across the road to the nainital club entrance, good fresh food and courteous staff.

Saurabh is perhaps the largest hotel in haldwani. It was born 30 years ago in style. Much of that style remains. I stayed for a night and enjoyed the place. Especially the beautiful landscaping on the second floor. We booked through make my trip with a dinner and breakfast included. We were told that there is no buffet or thali system. One can order a-la-carte. When i ordered mutton biryani at the restaurant, the server said he can serve only chicken biryani in this package. When i asked whether it was possible to pay the difference of price between mutton biryani and chicken biryani, the server said if mutton biryani is ordered, full payment will be charged for this dish. Writing this to let the management know. Whether the management make this adjustment, may be helpful for other guests too. Overall i liked the place. They are required to do better supervision in housekeeping

This is my business trip. Awesome experience in this hotel. Location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the railway station and bus station. Staff behaviour is awesome specially mr. Stay at solitude haldwani was money well spent. Exceptionally done rooms & spotlessly clean property. Access to cafeteria for meals was relaxing. Enjoyed a walk on the terrace. Host along-with the staff are respectful & supportive. Definitely to be visited again.

I stayed here for two days and it was an excellent experience right from check-in to check out and food was icing on the cake.
