"Unfortunately, my experience at hotel was poor. The rooms were smaller than expected, and the window view was obstructed by the adjacent building. Despite this, I had hoped for better communication from the staff. However, I decided to check out within an hour, the manager and receptionist didn't seem interested in understanding my reasons for leaving.Although location is very good from railway station and on main road .
Furthermore, the prices seemed high compared to similar properties. To improve, the hotel could focus on enhancing room amenities ( no table with dressing mirror ), staff responsiveness, and competitive pricing."

our flight from pantnagar had got cancelled so we had a unplanned stay at haldwani town ...last minute search of hotel an our choice turned out correct for fortune hotel ...very well located on main road an prime area ...

Good Food in breakfast. clean room. friendly staff. Only drawback is non car entry. also for late drop, drive through needed to be cleaned up.
