Everything is good like staff behaviour, food, room service overall my experienceed was fantastic. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Bigger rooms with ultimate cleanliness, amazing food, must try, huge premises and polite staff. Ajay at the front office was very polite, welcoming and helpful and definitely made our stay easy and smooth. Anything said/requested was taken well and responded well, a must stay in Haldwani.

Stay at solitude haldwani was money well spent. Exceptionally done rooms & spotlessly clean property. Access to cafeteria for meals was relaxing. Enjoyed a walk on the terrace. Host along-with the staff are respectful & supportive. Definitely to be visited again.

As soon as you enter the property, you see Haldwani's biggest reception, lit up with decorations. Even the base rooms here are huge with astounding mountain views. The property is shiny and pristine, you can literally see your reflection on the floor tiles. Concierges here, Surjeet and Amit, are welcoming and treat you like family. Hemant Upreti, the Restraunt Manager, took really good care of us and left no stone unturned to make this stay amazing with the delicious food, specially the Indian dishes like Puri Bhaji.
