Need to improve service. Employee must understand the manners to behave some time they are rude. Food quality is good but service is very slow

It appeared and smell like a hospital. They made me feel as if they were doing charity. Even at the restaurant, while giving order, i was sad abhi kitchen full hai, baad mai order dijiye. Security guard was good very helpful. And the best part no one knows how to smile. I have never given such a review in mmt ever and i have been using mmt from last many years

A very good hotel with all cordial staff, excellent location, good parking space, good & reasonably priced food at restaurant. My suggestions - please repair taps in the bathroom which are very old & require update and if possible arrange a lift in the property. Thanks.
