Hotel with a lot of charm, taking maximum care of the details. Very new and quite clean. Super attentive and helpful staff. Very spacious room with bathrobe, slippers and free bottle of water. We couldn't have breakfast because our flight left quite early but they prepared a box for us to our liking and seeing so much detail, we were quite sad to miss breakfast. Bookmarked in case we return. Free parking nearby

This experience was wonderful. Clean, fantastic location, great food, the comfiest beds and the staff, especially Laura, Sandeep, Deepak and Maria, made it all the more special. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Try the octopus, it was stunning! We missed the BBQ, but will be coming back in 2025 to give it a try.

Félicitations à toute l'équipe du Palazzo Castagna qui a été au petits soins pour l'ensemble de notre famille avec une mention speciale à Nirosha à l'accueil qui a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos demandes, toutes nos attentes et qui nous a donné de précieux conseils pour que nos vacances soient magiques ! Malte est une île magnifique et l'emplacement du Palazzo Castagna est idéal pour rayonner sur l'île principale mais également sur Gozo et Comino. Le fait d'être en dehors de la Valette est un atout énorme si on aime le calme. L'hôtel est dans un magnifique village à proximité d'une ravissante église ! Le Rooftop est une excellente option avec une équipe formidable autant en cuisine (bravo au chef cuisto) qu'en salle. On a été choyé comme jamais. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir autant le soir en rentrant de balade et en profitant du bar et de ses délicieux cocktails ainsi que le matin au levé du soleil. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien entretenues Les petits dejeuners personnalisés et servis à table sont excellents ! Mon fils a fait varier les recettes de l'omelette du chef quotidiennement et ce dernier a toujours su relevé les défis 13 jours formidables ! Merci à tous ! Nous reviendrons, c'est une certitude !

Lovely room clean and good amenities welcome drink great , everything was excellent accept the breakfast options and service which later on the management made up after we complained. Nirosha, Preet , Chodan at the front desk very helpful. Had a fabulous time at the rooftop swimming and the girl who made the drinks at the bar was so good and the service for our dinner at the rooftop was par excellence where Adam made sure we had our last evening memorable, Vishal our server was the sweetest looking out for each and every detail from the water to the desert . The chef specially came up and asked us if we enjoyed the meal . Deepak made us nice tea and we came back home with an excellent trip very happy and relaxed . Would love to go back

My sister and I came to Malta for a few weeks and decided to stay in Ghaxaq for five days as we had appointments in nearby Zejtun. Palazzo Castagna was a dream, a real home away from home. Our stay was quite enjoyable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Nirosha, Mary Joy and Chadon were particularly gems, and we ended up extending our booking for another six nights. Our room overlooked the garden and it was such a beautiful view. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Malta and may just be staying here again.

They were so pleasant and helpful, we asked if we could check in early, and although they made no promises, our room was ready upon arrival. Excellent staff, all around!
Only difficult thing was finding parking, as the property does not have designated parking. Parking was on the street in the surrounding neighborhood.
