The room is big and new, the meals are all inclusive and the price-performance ratio is super high. The scenery is so beautiful, but the service really needs to be improved. I can't feel it, especially when we left, we booked a water flight back to Male' and asked us to check out very early. The uncle who cleaned the room couldn't wait to wait at the door, so we had to leave the room and wander around. The meals were rich, and there were many choices of drinks and alcohol. We booked a water bungalow, and sharks, tank fish, and various small fish were everywhere. We chartered a speedboat to the island ourselves, and did not use the hotel's boat. The water flight back to Male was booked by the hotel, which was about 1,500 RMB per person. However, overall, I still recommend coming here. I stayed for three nights and felt that I could lie down here for 15 days. There were very few yellow-skinned people, all of them were white people. I hope these can help people who are going to stay here. We are a parent-child tour, and we can add a small bed in the room. The roof of the room is canvas, and it makes a loud noise when it rains.

Cannot find a single negative for this wonderful holiday, food was excellent and plentiful, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The staff work incredibly hard and always have a smile. We renewed our wedding vows on our 30th wedding anniversary and wow it was incredible, we have memories to last a lifetime thank you to Ricardo and his fabulous team, who made our day extra special. We were lucky enough to have stayed on the private island as well as the overwater bungalow, both were incredible, however i did prefer the private island. But that is just personal preference. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay the most memorable to date.

All amazing and great staff. The restaurant has a variety of food selection and the waiter at the restro were great . Reception team was awesome, the check in was done smoothly and all were very helpful. And shout out to srijana , Wilma and ismail for all the help. And housekeeping team Riyaaz did a great work to keep our room need and tidy. The manager at the desk ushan was amazingly helpful and approachable had a wonderful time at hakura

This is the most beautiful place in the world 😍 Maldives. very nice and friendly staff, perfect and beautiful bungalows. the territory is clean, new, beautiful, delicious food, it is always fashionable to choose something to your liking. warm weather, beautiful views. very clean in the rooms. just an unforgettable fairy tale, our stay was wonderful. we lived in 409 platinum rooms. thank you very much to all the hotel staff, but I will always remember Riyaz, he was with us throughout the holiday, every day and every meal, very nice and kind, thanks also to Dhaain and Raufa, Nandana and Menaka are the best. I love this hotel and these people.

Hotel is good and all very nice . The stay was awesome no doubt all helped us in all ways they could either its restro bar and reception. reception team was nice and thanks to srijana, wilma and sathish for all the lovely hospitality. definitely coming back.
