I spent more than 3,000 yuan to book a so-called lake view room, but when I checked in, I was told that I couldn't see the lake at all, so you shouldn't call it a lake view room! Isn't this deceiving consumers? I don't know if Ctrip has conducted an on-site inspection when listing this hotel! ? When I checked in, I asked for a high floor, but I was told that it was not available! I could only arrange the first floor! Pictures 1 and 2 are what the room looks like! Picture 3 is the lobby on the 3rd floor, which feels completely different! The way to the room is also very tortuous, up and down! The food in the restaurant is not delicious either! Breakfast is said to be until 10 o'clock, and the meal will be collected at 9:30. When I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30, there was basically nothing to eat!
