This is the only private hot spring experience in this trip to Japan. Everything meets expectations. I especially like the housekeeper. Although the language is not fluent, he tries his best to provide quality service! For those who want to find a cost-effective private hot spring experience, I strongly recommend it! ps: The breakfast tastes great and the quantity is amazing. I don't usually like to write reviews, but this ♨️hot spring hotel♨️ has a large room and is so good that I can't help but make an exception to praise it🥳. The location is good. The bus stop is one minute away🚌 and the train station is four or five minutes away🚉. You can go to the surrounding scenic towns to hang out at any time. Don't be too convenient😁 The modern decoration and clean and elegant environment make people feel the warm and fresh feeling as soon as they enter the door, especially the Christmas decoration🎄🎄 makes the whole hotel more warm and romantic🫧✨while not losing the sense of luxury... The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain. It is remote, but it feels safe. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, which is very convenient. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the Sounzan Cable Car Station. If the weather is good, it is actually a pleasure to slowly walk up/down the mountain and take the cable car: The air in the mountains is fresh and the green trees are soothing to the eyes. The smooth slope makes walking easy and effortless. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a small terrace outside the window to see the small garden up close and the cable car in the distance. When you come back, you should change into indoor slippers. The indoor floor is clean and comfortable! Although the hot spring bathhouse is public, you can use it for 45 minutes at a time, with no limit on the number of times. You have privacy and freedom of choice, which is good. Our flight was delayed and we used Aline to tell the hotel that we would be late. The waitress responded quickly: and told us how to get to the hotel at a reasonable transportation cost, and reminded us to be careful in bad weather. Arriving at the hotel at 2300, the young lady and uncle prepared a surprise: coffee + pudding. It’s beautiful, tastes good, feels unexpected, happy and sweet (a good start to the journey). The hotel is well decorated, warm and comfortable, and feels like home. I heard that the hotel’s breakfast/dinner are all made with fresh ingredients that day. Because my children wake up at irregular times, I didn’t make a reservation. It’s a pity. I hope I have the opportunity to eat it next time. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights. Every morning when we went out, the young lady would ask us about our itinerary, what time we would return to the hotel, and give us directions on how to get a ride. I don’t know if other guests have this kind of treatment, but since we are just a mother and daughter, we should be more concerned and worried. Anyway, we just feel comfortable and happy! Recommended for those who want to travel by car, and those who like to take the cable car to Owakudani to see the volcanic valley and eat black eggs/curry. People who like hiking in natural scenery. The last time to get on/off the cable car is: 1755, and the bus is about 1900, so please pay attention to the transportation method back to the hotel when traveling.

The hotel on the mountain is quiet and beautiful, with a refined temperament. The breakfast is very rich, which solves the problem of inconvenience of eating out on rainy days. The two young ladies who received us were kind and meticulous, and patiently answered many of our questions. There are two hot springs with different temperatures, which are especially suitable for relaxation. The store owner is very good and takes special care of children. If you like the quiet and natural style, it is worth staying here.
