Fabulous place and perfect Japanese style hospitality. Great amenities, delicious food, friendly and helpful staffs - can't ask for more for a great holiday in Hakone.

It is one of the best hotel ever visited, the location is great, near to Gora station, direct bus to Gotemba premium outlet, the room is nice and clean with personal onsen, there are 3 private onsen can be used freely if available. There are even hand grind coffee equipment in the room for you to make coffee. Snack, drink, beer and all beverages are free. Their breakfast and dinner are outstanding, the dinner is 8 course cuisine, take almost 2 hours to complete. Highly recommended. Of course all the services come with a price of almost 40000 yen per person per day, but is really worth it. Will stay in the hotel again if revisit Hakone.

Excellent as usual. We went back again exactly one year after. After you surrender your shoes at the entrance, you will feel like home in the entire ryokan. Private onsen was amazing, kiseki breakfast and dinner was umai, cafes and restaurants nearby for lunch, a short stroll/climb to gora station and the bus stop that takes you to gotemba. Most importantly the staff were very hospitable and what you would expect from Japan service wise. Will not hesitate to visit again (for the 3rd time next year).

The location and the facilities are good. Very close to the train station. I went to the main hotel and was able to leave my luggage so that I don't need to walk up the hill.

The self-driving hot spring tour before returning to Shanghai cost nearly 5,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, but it is still worth the experience. The hotel has free parking and a good subway location, very close to the station.

Good location, good service, lots of snacks and drinks to pick up. There is still ramen in the evening, but I was too full to eat. The hot springs ♨️ The water was excellent, the temperature was strongly hot and the quality of the spring water was higher than at another hot spring hostel on my same journey. But it was because of the convenient location so there was no scenery for dinner in the evening fortunately it was a bit not very good to eat starches at the end. Although I eat in a restaurant in a small box in a room, I am always watching whether I have finished eating.

Private hot springs do not require reservations, you can go whenever you are free Free drinks, snacks, ice cream, and free ramen at 10pm🍜This is quite delicious There is a very steep uphill road from the station to the hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage, it is best to take the nearby Setsugekka shuttle bus In the winter, soaking in the hot springs and watching the night view, and then drinking some cold beer, it is really comfortable I will consider going again

Setsugekka is only 100 meters away from Gora Station. Setsugekka provides a car to Cuiyun from 1:45 to 5 pm every day. Facilities: This is a Japanese-style luxury hotel, from the environment to the room, from the service to the facilities, everything is perfect! The room has a private bath, open it to the natural hot spring water on the mountain, and you can take a bath at any time! There is also an unlimited supply of water and drinks, tea bags, and snacks in the corridor on each floor. There is also a free ramen supper at 10 o'clock every night, just right after taking a bath. Hygiene: The entire hotel is paved with Japanese mats. You need to take off your shoes when you enter the lobby. There are service staff who collect your shoes and help wipe all the luggage before sending it to the room. It is very clean. Service: The service is absolutely impeccable, and you can also use UnionPay, which is convenient. Highly recommend Cuiyun!

The food was just average, the wagyu was pretty good. The service was good, but the pillows in the room were not very comfortable and the air conditioner had not been repaired for a long time, the noise was too loud, I didn't sleep well all night, it's not worth the price
