房間乾淨整潔床墊很舒服，前台很熱情服務很好，一進酒店就聞到一股茶香味這個我特別喜歡，附近購物吃飯也挺方便的，屬於我在海陽住過的比較好的酒店了，比預期的要好，下次還會再來

房間和衞生環境非常好，但是服務和體驗極差。開車八小時兩點半到達已經很累了，到那入住辦了半個小時，態度也不好，一直拖拉，溝通及時麻煩。我們沒拿身份證手續繁瑣是我們的問題但證明辦回來之後又開錯房間，定的大床房給開的標間，真正入住已經三點半了，開錯房間以後沒有任何錶示衹在打電話説了個抱歉而且態度極其傲慢好像錯的是我一樣給他耽誤時間了。跟同事聊天笑呵呵的，跟我們拉拉臉，不説微笑服務吧但是你高傲什麼呢
