首先，酒店環境設施一般，空調聲音非常響，晚上熬了好久才睡着。浴室地漏做得不好，洗完澡水都漏了一地，門口樓梯和室內樓梯都有鬆動的現象；其次，景區停車費問題諮詢了店員，被告知訂了景區內民宿就不用收費，出景區的時候才知道要收費；再三，雙人床加條被子要加80塊錢，酒店詳情並沒有寫明這一點；第四，如圖標價38一位的早餐非常簡單，除了稀飯都不能添的話，飯量大一點的人肯定吃不飽......總之我出來玩是為了放鬆身心而不是給自己添堵的，店員和阿姨態度都很好，浴室漏水的問題及時處理了，但是酒店硬件跟不上，體驗感真的很差。

房間乾淨整潔，獨棟別墅，適合一家人居住，早飯清爽精緻（家裡長者非常喜歡，忘記拍照了），前台非常周到，事先溝通諸多事宜，南北湖空氣清新，工作日人不是很多，舒適愜意。

設施：因為地處景區內，購物相對不方便一些，酒店準備有早餐，房間也放了好幾瓶水，店家還在房間裏貼心準備了花露水和驅蚊液
環境：很不錯，loft 房型很大，三個大人住完全夠
宋“式”點茶體驗:適合家長帶着小朋友玩，時長一小時左右，可以體驗在茶上畫畫的樂趣

很不錯的一次假期出行。
酒店的小姐姐很熱情，服務也很周到，早餐豐富，房間寬敞舒適，而且是在景區裏的。住的周圍好幾家飯館，口味也都很好。
這兩天去了南北湖景區好幾次，因為車子可以開進景區，所以到哪也都挺方便。

酒店入住體驗非常差，沒有任何服務人員，辦入住像搞接頭一樣，要從後門進自己找藏在某處的房卡，一進房間一股潮濕的黴味，整個房間的燈光都是昏暗的，設施陳舊，樓梯吱嘎響，還有小飛蟲，沒有遮光窗簾，早飯就定量的，沒吃飽加個燒麥都不肯，還讓吃別桌吃剩的白煮蛋。樓上閣樓還儲存店家的東西，掛衣的鐵絲架子關不緊，經過碰到還彈開傷人。兩百元不能再多了，希望不要有人再被照騙忽悠
