The hotel is perfectly fine for a few days! Facilities are basic. The only thing that was a little annoying were a few small cockroaches in the bathroom and small creatures running around on the floor. The breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. The fitness room was small but very good. The equipment is new and you can work out well there. Unfortunately, the view was spoiled by a large construction site in autumn 2024, which also made a lot of noise.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located. The swimming pool upstairs is a plus. Drinks are reasonably priced. The area is not too big but it's OK. There are various restaurants and snacks nearby.

It was a one week after typhoon, the location was a bit destroyed. But this hotel saved our vacations. The pool on the roof isn't worked while we stay due to typhoon

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. But pool was cloudy. Arranged transportation back to Hanoi price was good but description of service was inaccurate.
