We stayed here for 3 nights and if we didn't need to keep going we would've loved to stay more! Super friendly staff and great service, and the room was really good. We forgot a book at the Hotel when leaving and they sent it to Hanoi with the driver of the next bus!!

Lúc đầu đặt phòng mình còn sợ bị lừa phòng rẻ quá , sau hóa ra mới biết là khách sạn đang có ưu đãi vào mùa thu chứ bình thường vào mùa hè phòng khách sạn này phải tầm hơn 1.000.000 d. Khách sạn mới xây nên mọi thứ ổn áp, đặc biệt đồ ăn sáng rất ngon, lần đầu mình được thử ăn món pancake và được một bạn tây mời món trà bạn ý mang sang theo. Recommend cho mọi người book khách sạn tại đây.

We did a 2-night stay in this hotel and everything is perfect. The hotel is very new and clean. Viet (Hotel reception) is super helpful and friendly. We booked a full-day boat trip tour with him, and the tour was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

The most friendly and helpful hotel owner you will find in Cat Ba. Helped us book a boat tour and a busride to May Chau. even when we made a mistake and took the wrong bus he called the driver, the bus company and our next homestay to make sure we would arrive safe. The hotel, breakfast and room are matching the low price.

A wonderful hotel, really good value for accomodation. Viet, the manager, is amazing and extremely professional. He was able to organise trips and motorbikes for us at very good prices. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in cat Ba.

Had a room on the top floor with view to the sea and mountain. The room was clean, very spacious and with this amazing view on the bay. Included breakfast was also nice. Plus very nice staff and great price for the room. Really nothing to complain at all.

I booked seaview room at the hotel. It was really great. The hotel is new and big. The room is full furnished. We enjoyed the sunset from the room. The location is centered close to shops and restaurants. I have to praise to the staff. They are friendly and always try to help. Absolutely recommend to everyone

Tìm kiếm mãi cũng được một khách sạn mới mà giá phòng rất tốt :D Khách sạn mới nên mọi thứ đều rất okela. Mình đặt phòng thường mà đến cuối chiều vẫn được ngắm ánh nắng hoàng hôn từ cửa sổ ^^ Từ khách sạn đi lại cũng rất tiện, từ khách sạn đi đến bãi tắm với các địa điểm khác rất gần, gọi xe điện lễ Tân khách sạn sẽ gọi cho bạn. Tổng kết lại sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu bạn bè đến đây

Khách sạn mới xây, khá sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình đặc biệt bạn Ánh lễ tân rất dễ thương, được bạn giới cho mấy quán ăn Hải Sản rẻ mà rất ok. Mình book luôn tour đi tham quan vịnh cát bà ở khách sạn. Tour ok đặc biệt biển cát bà rất đẹp ^^ Sẽ quay trở lại, hẹn Cát Bà một ngày sớm thôiii
