During my two days at the hotel, I never saw anyone at the reception — the key was given to and picked up by a girl from a nearby store. They upgraded my room to a superior room with a window at no extra charge — thank you very much for that! The room is great, spacious, clean. The plumbing is a bit old and the air conditioner has no heating function, the floor in the room was icy.
When I came for breakfast on the first morning, there was no one in the hall and the lights were off. There was no one at the reception either. I called the number in the reservation, and they said the cook would be right there. Anyway, the cook came, and for breakfast they offered me an egg (scrambled or scrambled), as well as noodles / or toast / or pancakes with honey. Between the custard noodles, dull toasts without anything (two pieces of bread) and pancakes, I chose the latter. I recommend them!

Stayed here during the ***** New Year/TET Holidays, please keep that in mind for my review.
💚PROS:
+ You can reach the receptionist through WhatsApp, very easy communication
+ They help with booking a bus/taxi
+ If you haven't booked a trip you can book through them or any of the other surrounding companies
+ Close to the beach and any of the restaurants
+ TV and very comfortable beds & quiet area
+ Good and affordable laundry service
💔CONS:
- we payed for breakfast for 4 people during our stay. On 2 days we couldn't get any breakfast at all & for one day, there was just 1 kitchen staff and all we were able to get was okay toast with okay egg
- during the 4 days we stayed there was NO ONE at the reception desk and no there staff around
- Room service came on the first day and changed our towels and water. No more room service after that, no one to clean our room or take out the trash
- Rooms were in okay condition, but could definitely use more love
💖 Our experience was okay, but we would sadly NOT choose this Hotel again

Overall, the staff were friendly, the location was cost effective, and the breakfast was decent. If I had a wish, the shower facilities seemed a little shabby. I hope they improve this.
