Train employees in basic room cleaning skills, and provide flexible support during major holidays, which will be coordinated and dispatched by the housekeeping department.
This hotel has no lobby, but plans a ”temporary rest area” to provide sofas, tea, coffee, snacks, and fruits to relieve guests' anxiety while waiting. If guests wait too long, they will be given discounts on food and beverages. Compensation for delayed check-out will be provided. They will be comforted in a timely manner.
Before holidays, the peak passenger flow will be assessed, and temporary cleaning staff will be added 3 days in advance.
A large-scale holiday reception optimization plan will be formulated in advance, and the plan will be synchronized to each department before the holidays to clarify the division of responsibilities;
Very bad accommodation experience. The front desk staff seemed to have not been trained. [wipes sweat] The room is not as big as in the photo, and it is estimated to be at most 25 square meters.
