酒店離那個觀海潮公園很近，基本上走過去就可以到了。房間打掃得很乾凈，我們的客房阿姨陳震宇阿姨。晚上10點多還快速應答響應，5份鍾到達房間為我們服務，專業素養很高，服務態度熱情，相當專業，表揚💮。書吧做下午茶的小姐姐服務熱情周到，也很棒。

環境不錯，時隔七年再次來住，看到我帶了小朋友還給我們升級到了家庭湖景房，而且送了水果和零食，特別貼心，可惜沒看到漲潮，下次還要過來入住。

酒店的地理位置很棒，觀潮很好，房間比較老了，裏面的設施都很老了，小朋友看個電視出了三次故障，維修人員倒是出現的比較及時！酒店的服務阿姨很熱情，但是熱情到送個東西不肯走，我娃在寫作業硬是讓娃遞張紙寫上她自己的名字索要好評，這點有點太沒有界限感了！別的都還可以

很久之前就想來海寧看潮，一直心儀這個酒店，這次終於成行。因為不是大潮，酒店人不多，停車也方便。前台小杜和小王很熱情，對於我們看潮的問題有問必答，還送了一份小童早餐。酒店雖然舊了但維護的不錯，歐式風格依舊大氣。親子江景房離江很近景觀很好。酒店本身沒有充電樁，但工作人員熱情告知附近觀潮公園停車場有充電，且五點半後停車免費。
