酒店位置在市中心，離景點南關廂老街，西山公園，徐志摩故居都不遠。停車免費，車位充裕。房間很大，設施完好，沒有異味。房間里居然有電話機，還有4瓶免費礦泉水。早餐還提供現磨咖啡。總之性價比不錯。

酒店周邊環境不錯，位置靠近海昌地鐵站（步行距離大概15分鐘），購物也方便，斜對面有生活超市。自助早餐品類不多，品質大眾化。在入住後期間，其中有個晚上停電大概停電2個小時（晚上8點到晚上10點），當時看向窗外，停電的原因估計是區域性範圍，當時打開房間門，走廊都是漆黑的，沒有應急燈（不知道這個情況有沒有符合消防器材規定），會不會存在安全隱患？個人覺得是沒有安全感的。當時住的在9樓，停電期間，沒有看到有酒店工作人員實施相關的通知或提示工作，因為當時是在房間裏面，突然間就停電了（第一次遇到酒店停電這個情況），我們也不知道發生了什麼事情（導致突然停電），如果手機沒電開不了手電筒的話，整個環境都是漆黑的（影響入住體驗），後面通電之後,有酒店工作人員過來送個小禮物致歉，整體來説，性價比還行！

這次是帶孩子來學習的，為了方便入住了距離學習較近的艾菲酒店，這次入住了12天，前台服務小姐姐非常專業、熱情，客房大姐每天定時幫助打掃房間，酒店洗衣房，因本地潮濕酒店烘乾機特別實用，這次入住酒店非常完美，且酒店經濟實惠，下次過來還會入住。
