因為是新開你，所以設施很齊全，房間很大，有個大陽台，房間內的小冰箱很可愛，飲料首次免費，衞生間很寬敞，還配了 茶具消毒櫃，酒店內逛逛也很好，裏面還有個展覽，整體很有音樂的味道
5樓有個無邊泳池，很漂亮，附近有更衣室，可以去游泳

提前一天打了電話 但是沒説重點 入住的時候忽然説要户口本 還要孩子的身份證 有點無語
因為過生日所以後來給升級成了套房 有個上下鋪 小朋友開心極了 都不要走景點了

酒店工作人員都很有耐心，自助早餐也比較豐盛，補充的很及時，父母很滿意。
除了歡迎水果拉垮了點，就幾顆西梅，其他的都挺好。
總體還是值得去住一晚的，等景區全部造好，應該更香了。

入住：辦理入住是真的混亂，和進景區的人全都混在一起，不像是住酒店，像在菜場，停車機制也很不合理，到酒店需要坐兩端接駁車，而且酒店也並未告知有地下停車場，停好車來詢問工作人員才知道，充電樁多的區域也不好好引導
房間：主唱酒店的房間是還不錯的，入住給我們免費升級了，但是酒店實在太大了，樓層不高但是面積很大，帶着小朋友真的要走挺久才能走到的
設施：主唱這裡有展覽，這個很棒，小朋友很喜歡裏面的互動裝置，文創店的東西也不貴，
服務：客房服務是真的有點慢，還經常打不通
早餐：早餐也就漢庭水平不能更多了，收餐前一小時來都開始斷貨了
總體酒店還能稍微住住但是搭配景區真的一塌糊塗

酒店環境很不錯，乾淨衞生，整潔，很舒適，適合悠閑度假，服務態度非常用心，周到，特別我們的管家小金，從入住前的接待，全程跟進，到離店，都非常細心，而且服務非常人性化，園區比較大，用心講解介紹不同時段遊玩攻略，非常滿意，強烈推薦！滿星好評！

今年新開的酒店，設施很新，面積很大，不過還有些沒弄好。服務非常好，小金管家特別熱情細心。古鎮比較冷清，超大規模，衹建好一部分，感覺還要幾年時間才能成熟。等完善一些再來，還住這酒店找小金。

停車場入口處酒店接待小金就開啟了絲滑入住服務，還幫忙拎行李，陪同登記到安排接駁車，每一步都非常貼心，和孩子也很聊得來，讓第一次來海寧遊玩的我們毫無生疏感，非常親切，安排非常到位。
