發自內心的覺得相當不好 潑水成冰也沒有 問他點啥跟瞧不起人一樣都不抬頭看你辦理入住還在門口等了半天 潑水成冰 其他的地方都有 衹有他家説天氣不是很冷沒有 訂房 寫着歡迎水果也沒有 誰也不差那口吃的 説的跟寫的一點不一樣 服務態度還不好 加了微信説話跟沒看見一樣 房間還冷的要死 半夜凍醒 作為一個東北人 晚上會凍醒 屋子什麼温度？ 説好的早餐七點半到八點 結果定的七點半鬧鐘 八點半才吃上 一直在樓下等着 吧枱根本沒有人 想問點什麼都找不到人 要麼就不開了 遠了半天酒店定他家結果太失望 而且 還是買一個邊上 超級不好 建議在去雪鄉的旅客千萬不要選擇他家了 太讓人失望 雪鄉的酒店名宿很多大家慎重考慮 重要的的還埋汰

我們是春節假期的後半段來的雪鄉，在網上訂了一間特惠房，還以為特惠房的設施條件會差點，沒想到來了之後問前台美女説跟圖片上都是一樣的，因特惠房的炕當時沒有，在我們的一再要求下前台美女給換了一間四人炕，讓我們一家三口住的很舒服。酒店乾淨暖和，基本上該有的用品都有，遊客到了去倒站車站接，入住贈送水果瓜子，前台有東北大花襖、潑水成冰工具、小童玩雪玩具免費提供，早上簡單的免費早餐，總之這個季節這個價格訂到這個酒店很棒啦！
